Booking, Packages, Payments & Cancellation Policy
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or in person.
Packages: Prepaid packages are valid for the number of weeks mentioned on the package description, from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24 hours] in advance to retain a credit for future use.
Refunds: Please note, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
